Spa Etiquette

 

Reservation Policies

We suggest that guests make an reservation at least one day in advance. However, we will always do our best to accommodate your request. To cancel a reservation or reschedule one, clients are kindly requested to provide 2-hours notice prior to the appointment.

Customer request
You may request a specific gender or preferred Massage Therapist while booking an appointment. Please do tell us in advance so that we can arrange a right therapist before you arrive.

Personal items
Lockers are provided, but guests are asked to leave valuables at home and will be solely responsible for any loss or damage to personal possessions. We will provide disposable underwear, slippers, towels, robes, shower caps, hair dryer, toiletries, and all amenities required for use during your visit.

Showing up on time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to treatment to allow time to check in, change clothing, and relax in the spa's pre-treatment lounge. We also recommends a warm shower and a glass of water before treatments and requests that guests are ready to be greeted by their therapist 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointment. If a late arrival is unavoidable, please call to notify the spa receptionist when possible. As the staff must complete each clients' service by the designated end-time in order to appropriately accommodate the next guest.

Health Conditions
If you are pregnant, have a muscle or joint injuries, recent surgery, allergies, high blood pressure, or any health conditions, some treatments will not be suitable for you. Please let us know in advance so that we may best advise you.

Spa manners
Octopuuss is a tranquil escape meant for peace, unwind and rejuvenate. To ensure tranquility within our environment, we request that clients keep noise to minimum. We ask that you respect other guest’s privacy by speaking softly when you talk anywhere in the spa. Do not bring children and leave them unattended. Smoking is prohibited in the spa and alcohol is not recommended before or after treatments. Mobile phones and electronic devices are discouraged.

Speak up
Please advise our staffs of any medical conditions such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, known allergies or special needs that require our attention so we can ensure your experience is a pleasant one. Give the therapist feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas. Give honest feedback to the therapist and receptionist to know if your spa experience was as expected.

Gratuity
Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are left completely to your discretion.

Payment
Payment only accepted by Cash and Direct Debit with BCA & Mandiri cards. Thank you!
